Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot diesel engines to identify issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks, including oil changes and filter replacements, to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity.
• Repair or replace damaged components such as fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work, including parts used and hours worked, to streamline future maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop preventative maintenance schedules that reduce unexpected breakdowns and enhance productivity.
• Stay updated on the latest diesel technology and repair techniques through continuous training and attending industry workshops.

Engine and Gear overhauling Euro 5 / 6 experience 5-10 years experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Light Commercial vehicles (Isuzu, Fuso, Mitsubishi, Hino, UD) Engine, Gear Box, Differential overhauling, EGR repairs Break, clutch and suspension repair Euro – 4, 5 & 6 working knowledge Basis Electrical and AC repairs OBD Scanning, fault code tracing and trouble shooting skills Team Management and time management skills
