Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of residential properties to identify maintenance requirements and ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and general building systems are functioning safely and efficiently.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and replacements for air conditioning systems, electrical fixtures, plumbing components, carpentry items, painting works, gypsum repairs, tiling, waterproofing, and other general home maintenance tasks.

• Carry out the installation and replacement of residential equipment and components, including AC units, lighting fixtures, water heaters, sanitary ware, doors, locks, cabinets, and related accessories, ensuring compliance with approved standards and safety regulations.

• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems using appropriate tools and diagnostic techniques to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete work orders efficiently, maintain a clean and safe work area, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and professional service.

• Inspect completed works, test repaired systems for proper operation, and prepare basic maintenance reports, including recommendations for future repairs or preventive maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A diploma or relevant Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from a recognized institution is essential.

• Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing from a reputable organization demonstrates specialized knowledge.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems is crucial for effective troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Experience in commercial or industrial MEP projects is preferred for understanding diverse system requirements.
