The gallery develops exhibitions, artistic collaborations, cultural initiatives and international gallery projects. To support the growth of our activities in Dubai, we are looking for an Artist Relations & Gallery Development Specialist. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with artists, galleries and creative professionals Support the identification and development of new artistic collaborations Assist in building the gallery’s international artist network Coordinate communication with artists, cultural partners and selected stakeholders Support the preparation of artist presentations, project materials and gallery proposals Assist in the development of new gallery initiatives and artistic projects Contribute to the growth of the gallery’s presence in Dubai and international markets Requirements Strong interest in contemporary art, artists and gallery development Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Professional and organized working approach Excellent English communication skills Experience in galleries, art projects, cultural institutions, luxury hospitality, creative industries or relationship management is appreciated International mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment Arabic language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory What We Offer International and creative working environment Opportunity to work with artists, galleries and cultural professionals Exposure to international art projects and gallery development activities Professional growth opportunities Dynamic and multicultural atmosphere Medical insurance Annual flight ticket Coffee, espresso and tea available during working hours Gym and wellness contribution Compensation AED 18,000 – AED 30,000 per month Compensation depends on experience, qualifications and professional profile.
