Role Overview The Agency Sales Expert is responsible for driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities across Bukhash Brothers’ services and offerings. The role focuses on client acquisition, commercial growth, account expansion, and building a strong sales pipeline that contributes directly to the agency’s financial performance.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience within a creative, branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, or production agency and a strong understanding of creative, branding, production, social media, and marketing services. The successful candidate should be experienced in selling integrated creative solutions and translating client objectives into commercially successful campaigns.
Areas of Ownership Sales Growth Drive revenue growth across the agency’s services and offerings Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and clients Build a strong commercial pipeline Commercial Strategy Support the agency’s commercial and growth objectives Identify market opportunities, emerging sectors, and potential revenue streams Industry Positioning Build commercially valuable partnerships and collaborations Represent Bukhash Brothers at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings Identify opportunities that strengthen the agency’s visibility and positioning
Mandatory Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience within a creative, branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, or production agency. Proven experience selling branding, social media, creative, marketing, and production services. Demonstrated experience developing and presenting commercial proposals and client pitches. Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy, and social media services. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
