The Role
We are seeking a polished and empathetic Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our distinguished guests. In this role, you will represent our brand throughout the entire guest journey, ensuring a flawless stay experience from check-in to check-out. Your goal is to delight every visitor, turning them into loyal advocates for our rooms and facilities through personalized attention and proactive service.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Execute all Front Office tasks—including check-in, check-out, reservations, and concierge services—in strict alignment with luxury service standards and procedures. Personalized Service: Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions that create memorable moments. Service Recovery: Proactively identify potential issues and resolve complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Maintain open and proactive communication with colleagues across all departments, always prioritizing the guest’s best interests. Brand Ambassadors: Act as the face of the hotel, embodying our values of elegance, warmth, and professionalism in every interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum 4 years of total experience in the hospitality industry. Role Specific: At least 1–3 years of direct experience in a similar Guest Service or Front Desk role within a 5-star hotel environment. Education: High school diploma is required; a College degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Genuine service-oriented personality with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong plus). Technical: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
