The Role We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead sustainability initiatives, develop ESG strategies, and drive environmental and social responsibility programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage sustainability frameworks, monitor performance, support compliance requirements, and help embed sustainable practices into business operations.???? Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with organizational objectives and ESG goals• Establish sustainability frameworks, policies, and programs to improve environmental and social performance• Manage ESG reporting, sustainability metrics, and performance tracking initiatives• Conduct sustainability assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans• Collaborate with business units to integrate sustainable practices into operations and decision-making• Monitor environmental impact areas including energy efficiency, waste reduction, emissions, and resource management• Support compliance with sustainability regulations, industry standards, and reporting frameworks• Develop sustainability reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability initiatives and partnerships• Promote sustainability awareness and support organizational culture change initiatives✅ Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, ESG, or a related field preferred• Professional certifications such as GRI, SASB, ESG Certification, LEED, or equivalent are advantageous• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, corporate responsibility, or related roles• 2+ years of experience managing sustainability programs or cross-functional initiatives preferred• Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability reporting, environmental regulations, and industry standards• Experience with sustainability assessments, data analysis, and performance measurement• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting abilities• Ability to influence teams and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization• Ability to work independently in a remote environment????
