Role Description This is a part-time, on-site GP Aesthetic role based in Dubai. The GP Aesthetic professional will conduct thorough consultations, take detailed medical histories, and assess client needs to recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, skin rejuvenation, and other evidence-based treatments), ensuring safe practice, and adhering to clinic protocols and regulatory standards. The role involves creating and updating treatment plans, documenting clinical notes accurately, and monitoring client progress and outcomes. The GP Aesthetic professional will educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and realistic expectations, while collaborating with other clinical and support team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The position also includes participating in ongoing training, contributing to clinical improvement initiatives, and supporting the growth of the clinic’s aesthetic services. Qualifications Strong medical foundation with skills in Medicine and Aesthetics, including safe prescribing, clinical assessment, and management of common conditions. Background in Aesthetic Medicine or similar general practice, with experience in holistic patient care and long-term client relationships. Understanding of principles and multidisciplinary collaboration to support safe, client-centered aesthetic treatments. Commitment to Training, continuous professional development, and staying current with aesthetic medicine techniques and guidelines. Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice as a GP in Dubai (e.g., DHA/HAAD/MOH), with prior aesthetic medicine experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in performing or willingness to train in aesthetic procedures such as injectables, skin boosters, chemical peels, and device-based treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain procedures clearly, and manage client expectations professionally. Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and ability to maintain accurate, confidential medical records. Comfort working in a private clinic environment, with a client-service mindset and the ability to support clinic quality and growth initiatives.
