Regional Marketing Manager
About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for a flagship restaurant brand across the GCC region. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand positioning, drive guest engagement, and oversee integrated marketing initiatives across multiple markets while working closely with senior leadership and operational teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, increasing revenue, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that support the brand's continued growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, events, and CRM channels Drive guest acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to support revenue growth and brand loyalty Manage marketing calendars, campaign performance, and promotional activities across GCC markets Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and commercial teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business priorities Oversee content creation, brand communications, and storytelling to maintain consistency across all guest touchpoints Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and creative suppliers Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions Track marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize ROISupport new venue launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and brand expansion initiatives as required Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across regional activities
Candidate Profile:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field5-8 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, CRM, and guest engagement programs Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business results Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:Previous experience within premium dining, hospitality, restaurant groups, or lifestyle brands Exposure to managing marketing activities across multiple GCC markets Experience overseeing PR initiatives, influencer marketing, and partnership activations Background with leading hospitality and restaurant groups would be advantageous Experience supporting restaurant openings or expansion projects
