Roles & Responsibilities
Promote residential and commercial properties for leasing and rental purposes.
Conduct property viewings and present property features to prospective clients.
Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners.
Achieve monthly leasing and rental targets set by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate leasing, rentals, or property sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and rental regulations.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.
