I’m currently working with an international architectural consultancy that is involved in the delivery of some of the region’s most significant developments.
This is a senior level position where you will take ownership of large scale projects, overseeing architectural delivery from design development through to construction and completion.
We need somebody with proven experience managing complex projects across mixed use, hospitality and commercial developments. This is non negotiable due to the scale of the projects, stakeholder management requirements and level of coordination required across multiple disciplines.
The role will involve working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest technical and design standards.
This position would suit somebody who enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, driving project delivery and being heavily involved in both design and construction coordination.
You will be joining a highly respected international design consultancy with a strong portfolio of landmark projects across the Middle East and internationally.
For this position, you must have experience working in UK, Europe, USA, ANZ with a leading international consultancy.
The Role• Lead the delivery of large scale mixed use, hospitality and commercial developments• Manage multidisciplinary design teams throughout all project stages• Act as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams• Oversee project planning, design coordination and delivery programmes• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client objectives, design intent and quality standards• Identify and resolve project risks, technical challenges and coordination issues• Report directly to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements• Proven experience delivering large scale mixed use, hospitality or commercial projects• Background working for a leading international architectural or multidisciplinary design consultancy• Strong project management and design coordination experience• Excellent knowledge of project delivery from design through construction• Experience managing large consultant teams and complex stakeholder groups• Strong client facing and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast paced project environments• Degree qualified in Architecture or a related discipline
