With over 12 years of experience, we've partnered with government, semi-government, education, cybersecurity, and leading private sector organizations to deliver impactful exhibitions, conferences, and brand experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
What We're Looking For
Up to 2 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B sales. Existing client network or database is a strong advantage. A self-starter who is target driven & enjoys hunting for new business. Good understanding of exhibitions, event management, stand fabrication, or corporate events. Strong follow-up skills and ability to maintain client relationships. Knowledge of UAE market and business environment is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). A team player who brings ideas and takes initiative.
What You'll Do
Generate new business through prospecting, cold calls, emails, Linked In, and networking. Identify upcoming events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate requirements. Build and manage your own sales pipeline. Set up meetings with decision-makers including Marketing Managers, Directors, Procurement teams, and C-level executives. Understand client requirements and collect detailed design briefs. Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly calling, meeting, and lead-generation targets. Attend industry events to build relationships and identify new opportunities. Work closely with the team to convert opportunities into successful projects.
