Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT manpower/ staffing services in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, and expanding our manpower services portfolio across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT staffing and manpower solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across UAE
Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain market intelligence on competitors and industry trends
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in business development within IT manpower / staffing industry (UAE)
Strong client network in UAE (enterprise / SMB)
Fluent in Arabic & English
Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
