Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress reports.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Conduct schedule analysis, resource planning, and productivity assessments.
Track procurement, material delivery, and construction activities against approved schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in MEP planning and scheduling within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
