Profile
20+ years' experience in senior finance leadership rolesStrong background in FP&A, business finance, and performance-driven environmentsProven experience in the US market / with a US organisation (essential)Strong project-based or project-driven industry experience (e.g. infrastructure, engineering, industrials, or similar)Demonstrated track record in M&A integration and scaling businessesExperience operating across multiple geographies and managing cross-border teamsHighly commercial, analytical, and confident working with senior stakeholdersRecognised finance qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent)
