The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology programs, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will manage program roadmaps, align stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive execution across multiple teams while balancing technical and business priorities.???? Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage complex technical programs from planning through execution and delivery• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, operations, quality assurance, and business stakeholders• Define program objectives, success metrics, milestones, and deliverables• Monitor program progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation plans as needed• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment• Drive process improvements and establish best practices for program management and delivery• Support product launches, system implementations, and technology transformation initiatives• Track and report on program performance, KPIs, and executive-level updates• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals✅ Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, software development, engineering operations, or related roles• 2+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs or cross-functional technology initiatives preferred• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project management methodologies• Experience managing technical projects involving cloud platforms, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or software products• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are advantageous• Ability to work independently in a remote environment????
