What We Are Looking For• Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor within luxury hospitality.• Experience in luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or premium cocktail bars.• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beverage trends.• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing bar teams.• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.• Strong operational and commercial awareness with experience in stock control and beverage cost management.• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
