Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required. Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately. Follow up with customers regarding requests, complaints, or service updates. Achieve individual and team performance targets. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.1–3 years of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Contact Center environment. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
