Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and stabilize critically ill patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring optimal organ system support.
- Perform and interpret invasive procedures like central line placement, arterial catheterization, and bronchoscopy to guide treatment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including medication management, ventilator support, and fluid resuscitation.
- Continuously monitor patient responses to interventions, adjusting treatment strategies based on real-time physiological data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completed a residency in Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medicine.
- Successfully completed a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine.
