Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive plumbing quality control plans, ensuring adherence to project specifications and international standards.
- Conduct rigorous inspections of plumbing materials, components, and installed systems to verify compliance and identify defects.
- Oversee the testing of plumbing systems, including pressure testing, leak detection, and flow rate verification, documenting all results.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to plumbing installations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in QA/QC roles specifically within the plumbing sector of construction or infrastructure projects.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Plumbing Inspector (CPI) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex plumbing drawings, specifications, and relevant building codes (e.g., IPC, UPC).
