Role Description The Enterprise Asset Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of a portfolio of real estate assets. This role involves monitoring asset occupancy and revenue, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategies to improve asset value and return on investment. Daily tasks include coordinating with property consultants and operations teams, maintaining accurate asset records, preparing performance reports, and supporting decisions on acquisitions, disposals, and enhancements. The Enterprise Asset Manager will also contribute to risk management, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and help maintain high standards of client service for property owners and investors. Qualifications Strong real estate asset management knowledge, including portfolio analysis, performance tracking, and value optimization. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret ROI, cash flow, and market data for decision-making. Solid understanding of the Dubai property market, including residential asset types, pricing trends, and regulatory frameworks. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams. High level of organization, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple assets and tasks concurrently. Comfort with digital tools and property management or asset management systems for data tracking and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage. Prior experience in real estate asset management, property management, or investment analysis within a similar market is highly beneficial.
