Project Manager – 5-Star Hotel Brand Transition | Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract to oversee and execute the comprehensive brand transition of a landmark 5-star hotel property. If you are a detail-oriented execution expert who thrives in fast-paced, premium environments, this is your next challenge.
The Mission As the Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact directing the hotel's transition from its current structure to a new premium brand identity. You will manage timelines, coordinate across multiple departments, and ensure that every milestone of the brand changeover is executed flawlessly, on time, and up to 5-star standards.
Key Responsibilities:End-to-end management of the 5-star hotel brand transition project lifecycle. Coordinate closely with key hotel departments (Operations, F&B, Rooms, Engineering, and Finance) to align transition schedules. Monitor critical paths, identify potential delays, and implement immediate recovery solutions to keep the transition on schedule. Provide clear, structured progress updates to ownership and corporate stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field.· 5+ years of dedicated professional Project Management experience.· Prior experience working within hotel operations or managing hotel-specific projects is highly preferred and viewed as an added value.· Exceptional leadership, sharp organizational habits, and the communication skills required to manage a high-stakes corporate transition.
