Tools:
Expert proficiency in Figma for advanced prototyping and design systems and Miro for user flow mapping and collaborative brainstorming.
Prototyping:
Creating high fidelity interactive prototypes and scalable design libraries. Leading the design strategy and user journey mapping for complex policing services.
Quality Assurance:
Ensuring all interfaces follow the 360 Services framework, conducting usability testing, and mentoring junior designers.
