- Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive medication management plans.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, ensuring the pharmacy's practices are aligned with the latest standards in patient care.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of essential medications while minimizing waste.
- Provide medication counseling to patients & identifying and resolving drug therapy problems to optimize patient outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in Degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences.
Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform medication decisions and improve patient care outcomes.
Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
Proficient in using pharmacy management software and electronic health records, streamlining workflow and documentation.
DHA / SHA / MOH registration is required.
