Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technician – Material Handling Equipment to join our Hangcha Dubai team. This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving issues right the first time.

As a Technician, you will work both in the workshop and in the field, delivering reliable and efficient repair solutions while supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and operational uptime.

What you will do

• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on material handling equipment

• Diagnose faults accurately and recommend effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently

• Ensure minimal repeat repairs by completing jobs right the first time

• Proactively identify potential issues during servicing and repair activities

• Follow service manuals, checklists, and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency

• Maintain clear communication with the Service Supervisor on repairs and job progress

• Deliver both workshop and field service support as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in servicing and repairing material handling equipment

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

• Ability to follow technical manuals and standard operating procedures

• Strong focus on quality and first-time fix

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

What equips you for the role

• Trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on material handling equipment (preferably Hangcha)

• Proven ability to independently carry out servicing, repairs, and component overhauls

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory)

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
