Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Have adequate painting skills for indoor and outdoor painting.
  • Supervise and guide junior technicians and subcontractors on-site.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of systems and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on HVAC systems.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and site managers to ensure timely execution of work.
  • Maintain proper documentation of service records, maintenance logs and reports.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in painting/HVAC systems in UAE.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • Driver’s License
