Working in the Team of Workplace, Sustainability and H&S, you will be working with our colleagues worldwide. We, this is the multinational team of Facility Managers, Health & Safety Experts and Sustainability Enthusiasts for Satair. In this team we are driving the transformation for a safe, healthy & sustainable workplace for all Satair colleagues. 

In Satair we are strongly convinced about the need to strive for the highest ambitions in respect to health, safety, security & best crisis management. We have strong processes, know our objectives, but also our areas for improvements.
Now we look for a colleague, who is responsible for the Facility, Sustainability, Health & Safety and Security Management for our site in Dubai.

How you will contribute to the team

You are responsible for all facility and workplace safety related matters for our site in Dubai. You ensure that all legal obligations related to safety, health and sustainability are fulfilled. You are leading a team of local contractors who are managing maintenance of buildings, building equipment & security including access control according to Airbus security standards.

You strongly subscribe to fostering collaboration, communication with a sense of purpose among team members.

Equipped with a Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering or management field, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

• min. 3-5 years professional experience 

  
  
  

• Expertise in Health & Safety management, preferably familiar with with local WSH regulations

  
  
  

• Ability to work effectively across a wide variety of cultural differences

  
  
  

• Timely decision making, decisions quality, problem solving, negotiating and priority setting.

  
  
  

• High level of commitment on work ethics and compliance aspects

  
  
  

• Business acumen

  
  
  

• Good communication skills, verbal and written

  
  
  

• Ability to manage different stakeholders diplomatically
