- Utilize advanced CAD software to create and modify drawings, continuously updating skills with the latest technological advancements.
- Review and verify design dimensions and specifications for accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of an Associate Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, with preference for Bachelor's Degree holders.
- 3-5 years of experience in drafting within the construction or engineering industry, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit, with additional certifications preferred to enhance technical credibility.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans, ensuring accurate translations into drafts.
