Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Manage quality control and compliance with Dubai municipality standards. Prepare progress reports and chair project meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.7+ years’ experience in interior fit-out / construction project management in Dubai. Strong knowledge of local regulations, permits, and approval processes. Leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. PMP certification preferred.
