We're Hiring: Real Estate Broker/Consultant — Secondary Market | Provident Real Estate, Dubai Provident Real Estate is expanding our Secondary Market Division and looking for driven, client-focused brokers to join our team in Dubai. If you want serious earning potential, qualified leads, and a structured system built for performance — this is for you. What you'll do:???? Generate and convert leads from Property Finder, Bayut, referrals, and your own network???? Manage viewings, negotiations, and closings across Dubai's top secondary-market communities (Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches & more)???? Build deep community-level expertise and a strong personal client pipeline???? Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIsWhat you bring:✅ Proven Dubai real estate sales experience (resale/secondary preferred)✅ Valid RERA broker card or eligibility to obtain one✅ Strong negotiation and client relationship skills✅ Self-motivated, target-driven mindset✅ Fluent English (Arabic/Russian/French/Mandarin a plus)✅ Existing client network is a strong advantage
