Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing project engineering activities, including reviewing designs, preparing technical documentation, and supporting project planning and scheduling. The Project Engineer collaborates with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure work is executed according to specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Daily tasks include monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, supporting quality control procedures, and preparing reports on project status. The role also involves assisting with procurement of materials, validating engineering solutions, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to keep projects on track. Qualifications Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical standards. Demonstrated Project Management and Project Planning capabilities, including scheduling, resource coordination, and tracking progress against milestones. Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, and report clearly to leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Experience as a Project Engineer in construction or engineering projects, ideally within high-end or complex builds. Knowledge of relevant UAE building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management and engineering software (e.g., MS Project, Auto CAD, or similar tools). Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
