Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector to monitor construction activities and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site inspections for high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
  

  
  

• Monitor quality of civil, structural, and finishing works.
  

  
  

• Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed activities as per project requirements.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  

  
  

• Prepare inspection requests (IR), checklists, and quality reports.
  

  
  

• Verify that works are executed as per approved method statements and ITP requirements.
  

  
  

• Identify defects/non-conformities and report for corrective actions.
  

  
  

• Ensure proper documentation of inspection records and quality reports.
  

  
  

• Monitor testing activities and maintain quality records.
  

  
  

• Assist in maintaining project quality standards and handover documentation.
  

  
  

• Conduct routine site checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  

  
  

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as QA/QC Inspector in construction projects.
  

  
  

• Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
  

  
  

• Good knowledge of civil construction inspection procedures.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, checklists, and inspection documentation.
  

  
  

• UAE construction experience is an advantage.
  

  
  

• Good communication and reporting skills.
