About the job LMD (Logistics Management & Distribution) Agent

Objective:

Last Mile Control Tower Agent oversees daily delivery operations, ensuring efficient loading, accurate documentation, and timely dispatch. The role includes coordinating with customers and delivery teams, managing AWBs and driver assignments, handling planning and scheduling, and maintaining service standards through reporting, route optimization, time sheet management, and compliance with safety requirements.

1. Warehouse loading Oversight:
2. Morning Loading Coordination:
3. Creating of Air Waybills (AWBs):
4. Driver Task Assignments:
5. Recording Loading Details:
6. Coordination with customer
7. Communication to Prevent Double Scheduling:
8. Vehicle Time Monitoring:
9. Customer Interaction and reporting
10. Dispatch monitoring
11. creating a Daily Report:
12. Next Day LMD Delivery Planning:

• Receive and review delivery plans for the following day.
• Advise delivery teams on any special instructions that need to be communicated to delivery teams.
• Plan which team should deliver to which location
• Plan how many items to fit in the truck ( items : Furniture for delivery and assembly )

REMARKS:
Excellent English communication is mandatory

Arabic speaker is a plus

1+ years of experience in Last mile delivery or Delivery planning

Knows the areas / cities of UAE and especially DUBAI
