Roles & Responsibilities

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager from the Events and Exhibitions industry, with a strong understanding of event & exhibition fabrication and production processes.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Client dealing and servicing

  • Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings to plan and manage project flows

  • Coordinate with in-house production/fabrication teams and factory supervisors

  • Oversee the creation of exhibition stands and structures using MDF, wood, steel, styrofoam, fiberglass, and both spray and water-based paint

  • Manage onsite installations and ensure the final delivery matches the approved renders

  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction

  Role Description

  This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Project & Production Manager. The Project & Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the seamless delivery of technical production and audiovisual solutions, and liaising with clients to understand their requirements. The Project & Production Manager will also coordinate with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful events.

• Project management and event coordination skills

  • Experience in technical production, audiovisual solutions, and event management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and client management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Familiarity with local event regulations and compliance

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field

  Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in events & exhibition production and project management

  • Strong knowledge of wooden fabrication

  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Pleasant personality, capable of handling both client interactions and production teams

  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car
