About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
To lead the planning, execution, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and emerging technology initiatives across the organization. The role will drive AI transformation projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage technology partners, and ensure successful implementation of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of the AI transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across business functions.
• Support the deployment of AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and organizational objectives.
• Handle end-to-end implementation of projects.
• Scout out relevant and promising tech/AI companies to collaborate with.
• Manage end-to-end AI and automation projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Monitor developments in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate innovative solutions and recommend adoption opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes.
• Engage with business units to understand operational requirements and transformation opportunities.
• Manage relationships with AI technology providers, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI requirements.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and updates on AI initiatives.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a business-related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, project management, or innovation.
• Minimum 3–5 years leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external technology partners.
