Position - Director - Municipalities, Infrastructure, Transport & Smart Cities Portfolio Lead | UAE Public Sector |Role summary:Lead Capgemini Invent’s Infrastructure, Transport & Smart Cities accounts in the UAE. Lead sector pipeline, shape complex transformation programs, and act as trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders across infrastructure authorities, transport entities, and smart city initiatives.
Grade:Senior Manager/ Director Emrati National is Must Reporting Line: Reporting to the UAE Public Sector Leader
Key responsibilities:Build and manage portfolio of Infrastructure, Transport & Smart Cities accounts Own sector pipeline aligned to UAE infrastructure and urban development priorities Define and execute account strategies across priority authorities and transport entities Lead large, complex bids including smart city, mobility, and infrastructure transformation programs Build C-suite relationships at federal and local levels Act as engagement executive or sector SME on key programs Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction Activate strategic alliances Drive smart city and infrastructure thought leadership Coordinate with Capability teams for integrated solutions
Experience & profile:10–15 years consulting experience in infrastructure, transport, or smart cities transformation Arabic Speaking A Bachelor degree or higher in Technology related domains, smart cities, Public Policy GCC consulting experience, preferably in the UAE with proven track record owning sales and revenue targets and major accounts in the GCC/UAE public sector Established senior relationships within UAE government and relevant holding companies across infrastructure, transport & smart cities sector Strong experience leading large infrastructure or smart city programs Executive presence, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills
