With easy API integration, the platform serves forex businesses, e-commerce merchants, and fintech and digital service providers, helping partners go live quickly and scale securely.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The intern will support daily operations across merchant onboarding, payment processing workflows, and data entry related to transactions and client accounts. Responsibilities include assisting with documentation, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams on merchant status updates, and helping test platform features and integrations. The intern will also help research market trends in payments and fintech, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and provide general administrative support as needed. Training and guidance will be provided, with opportunities to learn about PSP operations, compliance, and risk management.
Qualifications
Strong interest in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services, with a willingness to learn about PSP and merchant onboarding processes. Basic skills in research, data analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel or similar spreadsheet applications. Good written and verbal communication skills in English for documentation, internal coordination, and professional correspondence. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Comfort with technology platforms and APIs is an advantage; familiarity with dashboards, CRM tools, or payment systems is a plus. Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and an ethical approach to handling confidential and financial information.
