Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Solar PV Sales Expert to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing solar energy opportunities across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, EPC solutions, energy savings models, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar PV, rooftop solar, C&I, and renewable energy projects. Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research. Conduct client presentations and explain technical and commercial benefits of solar solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, ROI calculations, and energy-saving analyses. Coordinate with engineering and EPC teams for technical feasibility and project execution. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. Maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, facility managers, and corporate clients. Track market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations related to renewable energy. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field. Experience3–8 years of experience in Solar PV sales, renewable energy sales, or EPC business development. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE/GCC market. Technical Knowledge Solar PV systems and components. Rooftop and utility-scale solar projects. Net metering and energy efficiency concepts. Solar financial models (ROI, payback, LCOE). Inverters, modules, and balance-of-system components.
