Roles & Responsibilities

1. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing building projects from inception to completion, with proven experience delivering projects in Umm Al Quwain. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of UAQ Municipality regulations, local authority approvals, construction practices, and project execution to ensure successful delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

   Experience

   • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in commercial & Residential building construction.

   • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE.

   • Mandatory hands-on experience managing commercial & Residential building projects in Umm Al Quwain.

   • Strong working knowledge of Umm Al Quwain Municipality regulations, approval procedures, inspections, and completion certification.

   • Proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Experience delivering projects from excavation through structural works, MEP installation, finishing, testing, commissioning, and handover.

   Authority Approvals & Compliance

   • Coordinate all project approvals, inspections, and permits with Umm Al Quwain Municipality.

   • Liaise with relevant government authorities to ensure timely approvals and regulatory compliance.

   • Ensure full compliance with UAE Building Codes, UAE Labour Law, Civil Defence requirements, and HSE regulations.

   • Manage occupancy permits, completion certificates, and project close-out documentation.

   Preferred Candidate Profile

   • Extensive experience executing commercial & residential building projects within Umm Al Quwain.

   • Strong understanding of local authority requirements, contractor management, and municipality approval processes.

   • Established professional relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers operating in Umm Al Quwain.

   • Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Mandatory)

• UAE Society of Engineers membership preferred (Equivalency certificate)

• Valid UAE driving license

• Minimum 7–12 years of experience in Civil(construction)
