About the Role
As a Portfolio Manager at Quest For Nest Real Estate, you will play a key role in building client relationships, understanding investment objectives, and guiding clients through their real estate journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and managing a portfolio of investors and end users.
Conducting strategic prospecting and business development activities.
Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable investment opportunities.
Arranging property viewings and providing market insights.
Negotiating and closing transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Developing long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

كمدير محفظة في Quest For Nest Real Estate، ستلعب دوراً رئيسياً في بناء العلاقات مع العملاء وفهم أهداف الاستثمار وتوجيه العملاء خلال رحلة العقارات الخاصة بهم.
تشمل مسؤولياتك ما يلي:
بناء وإدارة محفظة من المستثمرين والمستخدمين النهائيين.
إجراء أنشطة استباقية استراتيجية وتطوير الأعمال.
فهم متطلبات العملاء وتقديم فرص استثمارية مناسبة.
تنظيم معاينات العقارات وتقديم رؤى سوقية.
التفاوض وإغلاق المعاملات مع توفير تجربة عميل استثنائية.
تطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد تقود إلى عمل متكرر وإشارات.
