We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager (Project-Based) – Warehouse Construction
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-Site) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major warehouse construction project in Abu Dhabi.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing the construction of large-scale warehouse, industrial, or logistics facilities in the UAE.* Strong background in delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.* Extensive knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, HSE requirements, and project compliance.* Demonstrated ability to manage project planning, execution, procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and client coordination.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams and drive project performance.* Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.* Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the project from mobilization through handover.* Ensure full compliance with all contractual, statutory, HSE, and quality requirements.* Manage project schedule, cost, risk, and resources.* Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities.* Drive construction excellence while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and documentation.
This is a project-based, full-time, on-site position for professionals who have successfully delivered similar warehouse or industrial projects in the UAE.
