Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies, to customers.
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Prepare and present food and pastry items, such as sandwiches and pastries, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and product knowledge to make recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years experience of working as Barista in specialty coffee shops in UAE
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills in English
