Roles & Responsibilities

CRM & Opportunity Administration

  • Maintain accurate entries of leads, opportunities, activities, quotations, and follow-ups within CRM.

  • Ensure completeness of supporting documentation prior to advancing deal stages.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to close data gaps and maintain data integrity. Monitor pipeline hygiene to support accurate forecasting and reporting.


Order Management & Execution Coordination

  • Provide structured order acknowledgements and shipment updates to customers.

  • Coordinate with the Projects, Technical, Finance, Processing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution.

  • Organize quarterly business reviews for key accounts in coordination with account managers and the head of sales.

  • Follow up with internal departments to resolve pending actions impacting order timelines.


Sales Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in alignment with pricing approvals and product configurations. Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and support backend requirements for customer engagements.

  • Ensure systematic filing and accessibility of commercial documents, including SOWs, agreements, and approvals.


Lead Generation & Marketing Coordination

  • Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calls, social media research, and email campaigns.

  • Identify prospective customers and maintain a lead funnel.

  • Coordinate with vendors for in-house and external marketing campaigns and promotional activities.


Quality Assurance & Delivery Standards

  • Ensure strict adherence to CRM governance, approval workflows, and documentation standards.

  • Validate that all commercial and operational handovers are supported by complete and accurate data.

  • Promote structured sales process execution and accountability across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in sales principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or support roles, demonstrating a proven ability to assist sales teams effectively.
  • Experience in the same industry preferred, allowing for better understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills highly valued to cater to diverse client bases.
