- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts, ensuring excellent service and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Utilize specialized software to accurately identify and source vehicle parts from inventory and suppliers based on customer needs.
- Maintain an organized inventory system, tracking stock levels and managing reorders to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with service technicians to provide timely parts supply for repairs and maintenance, enhancing operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive technology is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related field, showcasing familiarity with parts and tools.
Proficient in automotive parts software and inventory management systems, ensuring seamless operations.
Strong communication skills in English, Arabic
