Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute emergency repairs with precision and speed, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical expertise to identify root causes of issues.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery, adhering strictly to maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, for comprehensive reporting.
• Operate and maintain specialized diagnostic equipment and tools, ensuring their calibration and readiness for immediate use.
• Conduct safety inspections of machinery and work areas, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Collaborate effectively with operations teams to understand equipment status and prioritize urgent repair needs.
• Install, modify, and repair various mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints and schematics.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for unexpected equipment breakdowns and critical incidents.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, diagnosing and resolving critical equipment failures to minimize operational downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-4 years Central Gas distribution company LPG, SNG, LNG experience

• EDS Panel, Sensitron Panel, Prism Panel, Oldhan Panel

• Installation, Commissioning, Replacement, Fault rectification, programming (basic)

• Kitchen Detector Installation & Fault Rectification

• Vapourizer Connection, Fault rectification,  FACP to GCP interface and vice versa

• UAE driving license preferred
