Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of the Straightening Machine during steel production.

• Prepare straightening equipment, rollers, guides, and tools before production starts.

• Support the Straightener Operator in achieving production and quality targets.

• Monitor product straightness and report any defects or abnormalities.

• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the equipment.

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Assistant Straightener Operator or in a similar role within a steel rolling mill.

• ITI or Diploma qualification is acceptable.

• Good knowledge of straightening processes, equipment preparation, and product quality standards.

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

• Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.

Nationality Preference

Open to candidates from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Jordan, Vietnam, Indonesia, or African countries. (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Egyptian nationals are not being considered for this position.)
