توفير قيادة استراتيجية لتنفيذ عدة مشاريع واجهات عالية القيمة من الجائزة حتى التسليم النهائي.
تطوير والإشراف على استراتيجيات تنفيذ المشروع، والجداول الزمنية الرئيسية، والميزانيات، وتخطيط الموارد.
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمستشارين والمعماريين والمطورين والمتعهدين الرئيسيين.
ضمان إكمال الهندسة، والرسومات التنفيذية، وتقديم المواد، والموافقات التقنية بما يتماشى مع مراحل المشروع.
قيادة أنشطة الشراء والتصنيع واللوجستيات والتركيب لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
إشراف على الأداء التجاري، وميزانيات المشروع، ومراقبة التكاليف، والتغييرات، والمطالبات، والربحية.
متابعة تقدم المشروع والتأكد من الالتزام بالالتزامات التعاقدية، ومعايير الجودة، وجداول التنفيذ.
رئاسة اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع وتقديم تقاريرعلى مستوى الإدارة العليا.
تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف والتعافي الفعالة.
ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الإمارات، وسياسات الشركة، وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
قيادة مديري المشاريع، ومديري الإنشاءات، ومديري الهندسة، والفرق التجارية، وضمان الجودة/التفتيش، والشراء، وفرقم الموقع لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي.
حل قضايا تقنية وتجارية وعقدية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
الملف التعييني المرغوب
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
درجة الماجستير و/أو شهادة PMP مفضلة بشدة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 18–25 عامًا في مشاريع الواجهات، الألومنيوم، أو أغلفة المباني المعمارية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أدوار قيادية عليا للمشروعات تُدير مشاريع واجهات بارزة في الإمارات أو مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
خبرة مثبتة في تسليم أبراج فاخرة عالية الارتفاع، وفنادق، ومشروعات متعددة الاستخدام، ومطارات، أو مشاريع تجارية أيقونية.
معرفة قوية بأنظمة جدار الستائر، واجهات الوحدة، أنظمة العصي، الكسوة بالألواح ACP، الزجاج، نوافذ السماء، المرشحات، الدرابزينات، والأعمال المعدنية المعمارية.
فهم قوي لإدارة المشروع، وإدارة العقود، والمشتريات، والتصنيع، والتركيب، والإدارة التجارية، وضمان الجودة.
معرفة ممتازة بلوائح مباني الإمارات، والمعايير الدولية للواجهات، وعقود FIDIC.
متمكن من Primavera P6، وMS Project، وAutoCAD، وMicrosoft Office، وأنظمة تقارير المشروع.
قادّة استثنائية في القيادة والتفاوض والإدارة التجارية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the execution of multiple high-value façade projects from award to final handover.
Develop and oversee project execution strategies, master schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, developers, and main contractors.
Ensure engineering, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals are completed in line with project milestones.
Direct procurement, fabrication, logistics, and installation activities to achieve project objectives.
Oversee commercial performance, project budgets, cost control, variations, claims, and profitability.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Chair project review meetings and provide executive-level reports to senior management.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and international best practices.
Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering Managers, Commercial Teams, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site Teams to achieve operational excellence.
Resolve complex technical, commercial, and contractual issues with clients and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
Master's Degree and/or PMP certification is highly preferred.
Minimum 18–25 years of experience in façade, aluminum, or architectural building envelope projects.
Minimum 10 years in senior project leadership roles managing landmark façade projects within the UAE or GCC.
Proven experience delivering luxury high-rise towers, hotels, mixed-use developments, airports, or iconic commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized façades, stick systems, ACP cladding, glazing, skylights, louvers, balustrades, and architectural metal works.
Sound understanding of project management, contract administration, procurement, fabrication, installation, commercial management, and QA/QC.
Excellent knowledge of UAE building regulations, international façade standards, and FIDIC contracts.
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting systems.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills..
