Strategy
Follow up on RTA financial performance and centralized department progress; support in status reviews and deliver recommended actions for timely decisions.
Assist in managing the statistical database and performance indicators programme; monitor status, share knowledge on standards, and suggest improvements to support decision-making and timely, informed decisions.
Support application of the governance framework and enhance the efficiency of statistical database and performance indicators (KPI) program; review status, share knowledge on standards, and recommend improvements and actions to strengthen decision-making and enable timely, informed decisions.
Support in reviewing high-sensitivity strategic files and initiatives; and monitor the progress and highlight if any challenges and deviations from the plan occur.
Execute prioritization tasks for strategic files and initiatives; deliver decision-option inputs for the DG/Chairman.
Handle portfolio-support tasks for strategic and critical projects to maintain alignment with leadership priorities; deliver direction inputs when required.
Operations
Assist in carrying out routine tasks for the statistical database and indicators programme; apply standards consistently and provide recommendations for improvements that enhance decision-making.
Lead delivery of periodic performance reports; perform analysis checks and handle recommended actions for executive consideration.
Prepare summaries/recommendations for leadership issuance; deliver clarity/compliance inputs and handle next-step notes.
Execute meeting coordination for important projects and handle preparations for related visits.
Deliver content comments and handle requests from sectors for further analysis as needed.
Prepare technical reports as directed by the DG/Chairman; deliver decision-ready inputs.
Organize the annual Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) sessions with concerned departments, handle programme and materials coordination.
Process/Product Improvement
Recommend improvements in the accuracy of key measures, regular reporting, and analysis standards for effective strategic monitoring.
Organise standard meeting and decision documents for key projects; check progress and suggest actions to close them.
Execute cross-entity coordination and escalation routines; deliver steps that expedite risk and issue resolution.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/ master’s degree in business/public administration, Engineering or Economics
