Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman with strong expertise in architectural drafting and interior joinery detailing. The role involves preparing precise shop drawings, cutting lists, and production-ready joinery designs to support manufacturing and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare detailed shop drawings and joinery layouts based on architectural and interior design concepts.

-Develop cutting lists, material specifications, and production drawings for furniture, cabinetry, doors, wall cladding, counters, wardrobes, and other joinery works.

-Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.

-Revise and update drawings based on client, consultant, or site feedback.

-Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and industry best practices.

-Maintain proper drawing logs and version control.

-Conduct site visits (as required) to take measurements and understand project requirements.

-Liaise with procurement teams for material selection, hardware details, and joinery fittings.

-Assist in preparing presentation drawings, 3D views, and as-built drawings when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; 3D is an added advantage).

-Strong knowledge of joinery construction methods, materials, and hardware.

-Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.

-Good understanding of fit-out detailing, carpentry/joinery specifications, and site coordination.

-Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
