This is a full-time role offering the chance to work with premium-quality beauty brands, including Biocollagenix, Rigenforte, and Sankom Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:• Drive sales performance and meet/exceed targets.• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.• Provide strategic direction and support to achieve team goals.
Qualifications:• Minimum 2 years of proven medical sales supervisor experience in the UAE.• Fluency in English and Arabic (essential).• Valid UAE driving license and Car.• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
