Key Responsibilities
Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and networking Present suitable property options to clients Build strong client relationships Arrange viewings, meetings, and property presentations Stay updated with Dubai market trends and developer launches Support international property roadshows when required Maintain client updates in CRMWork with the team to close deals professionally
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience required Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, professional, and target-driven Good knowledge of Dubai communities and property market Ability to build and manage client relationships Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based work UAE driving license is a plus Fluency in English preferred; additional languages are a plus
